We would like to raise finance to buy a new car.

Any suggestions for somewhere with a low Apr.

Also are there many companies that do part exchange?

If credit rating good cheapest can often be www.zopa.com

these are just a few of the ones available but the variables like credit rating, loan amount, loan term, house owner etc will ultimately be deciding factors on rate offered.

It depends what car you are getting. Have a look at the depreciation rates on cars. If your getting a 5 door 20K ford mondeo i wouldnt buy new as itll be worth 10k in one years time. A honda s2000 will only drop about 2k a year however. So only buy new on slow depreciating cars. Cars that drop like a rock such as a alfa romeo, let them drop buy a rock and get a 3 year old.
