Another minimalist solution to the spare linen situation is to store a spare set of sheet(s)/duvet cover, pillow cases and towel flat under the mattress of the room they belong to. When you strip the bed to wash the sheets, the new set are there ready and waiting.

Hi,
I have this problem too, but I manage to hide most of my clutter under my bed. You can get some under the bed boxes for quite cheap off the high street.
I hope this helps!0 -

If you're going to put things under the bed you can get those plastic vacumn bags that you can suck all the air out of using a hoover.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Is there no way you can do something about the damp garage? Seems like an awful potential waste of space.0

There are lots of things on you tube you may want to take a look at. Loads of ideas without buying the whole of some container store.
There are many different styles, you may find one that 'talks to you'. One lady even has everything labeled and containerized in the fridge! ( a step too far for me!!)LOL0 -

I went to the local wine place and asked them if they had any wine boxes (wooden ones). They told me to go and raid the big recycling bin they have. I got loads of them. I use them as book cases, stacking them up as you like. You can also paint them for kids toys etc. All free :-)0

I gave my house a good declutter, using the charity shop to pass on smaller items for bigger items I simply pop outside the front of my house and they usually go same day. To then help arrange things a little better (we too have lack of storage space) I used cardboard boxs covered with pretty paper to suit the storage (ie girly for de boyish for ds's) ideal for use in wardrobes etc without looking to cluttery we brought 2 units from ikea with some fabric boxs for front room for all the (!!!!) as I call it and a large wicker basket for dd's toys it looked miles better hid what we needed hidden and gave us a little more of a minimalistic look, the second was turned on its side to hold tv and all the gumpf that go's withit and doors on the front hold all the kids DVDs and what notDebt free
