How can it be SB, they went for ccj in feb 14, you admit after checking your bank statement on another thread "I got a letter back stating I had made a payment in August 2008 for £12.50. I did not believe this so sent another letter to them asking for proof of this payment. Meanwhile I requested bank statements to see if I had, and it looks like it's true and I have made a payment. "
And I have requested time and time again for them to provide proof of this payment and they have failed to or just plain ignored my request.0 -
so taking that into account, if they have offered negosiation, I would go for it before a judge lands another ccjDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

It's an option I am thinking about, but should they have not sent me what proof they had when requested.0

once they prove to the court you paid, its going to cost you a ccj for 6 years. At least at the moment the debt wont show, its not going to take them long to review their files seeing the correspondence sentDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. Just a quick question tho, why did they have no objection for the CCJ to be set aside when I went to court. If they had proof would they of not objected to the CCJ being set aside.0 -
