Hello,

I have just had an AIP from Loughborough BS however I have never heard of them before. Does anyone know much about them? Their rate is very good however this agreement is subject to credit searches etc it says. However, the advisor said to me that that's already been done and it's all ok? If it's all ok and already been done why is the agreement subject to credit search? Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.

Whatever preliminary checks are done, there will always be follow up ones. People being what they are. Will always think themselves cleverer than lenders.
