NEw Borrowing after 6 year defaults with lenders???

I have 6 creditors with whom 4 i have settled, two as partially settled and two full and final.
The other two are still ongoing
Nationwide Credit Card
£9800 CCJ and debt charged against my home.
Santander Personal Loan
£8800
Both of these are 6 years old next summer and drop off my credit file. However i will still keep paying my £80per month to them.
My questions are these
1. Do I have to disclose to a mortgage lender these debts which are in the background?
2. If I have partial settlement on a credit card debt which is now dropped off my credit file, say with the Lloyds group, will I still be able to get new borrowing with that lender?
Thanks

Thanks for the fast reply.
1. Yes i figured this may be the case, I offered 50% settlement to Nationwide they said not a chance as the debt is secured against my home
2. I have a large concern as the partially settled debts are with lenders that own multiple companies.0
