Competition Terms & Conditions 1. The closing date for this competition is 30/11/2014. Hit-Air UK reserve the right to change this if required. 2. Open to all residents of the United Kingdom except employees, their families, their agencies, contractors or anyone professionally associated with Hit-Air UK. 3. It is a condition of entry to the competition that these rules are accepted as final and that The Entrant agrees to abide by these rules. Entries that are found to contravene these terms and conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of competition. In the event that the entry of a winner is declared null and void, the judges shall select an alternative winner. 4. Data collected will be used by Hit-Air UK for marketing purposes but this data will not be passed onto any other parties and will be treated in the strictest of confidence. You may opt-out of email correspondence by unsubscribing when you receive an email. It is a condition of entry that you will be added to the marketing lists of the party listed above. 5. One winner will receive a Hit-Air Softshell Jacket in the size of their choice. Please note - the prize is not a Hit-Air Vest, but a casual jacket. 6. The prizes cannot be modified and there are no cash alternatives. 7. Entrants must provide their Full Name and Email Address and agree to the Terms and Conditions. 8. One entry per person. 9. The starting date for entries for the free prize draw is 13/11/14. 10. The closing date for entries for the free prize draw is 11.59PM on 30/11/14. Entries received after this time will not be considered. 12. The winner will be notified on Monday 1st December 2014 and will be required to accept their prize before midnight on 8th December 2014. If the winner does not respond in this timescale an alternative winner will be drawn. 13. The winner will be picked at random. 14. The winner's name will be posted on HIt-Air UK's Facebook page. The winner will be notified by an email.
