Contribution to Mortgage

I lived with my ex girlfriend for 12 months. We had a joint account of which I paid at least £1000 a month into, purely for upkeep of the house. She paid in £500, and paid her mortgage of around £500 out of her own bank account. Am I entitled to anything?
