Leeds BS valuation

Anyone know how Leeds Building Society underwriting works? They have finally instructed valuation today. Does it go back to underwriters after or is offer subject to valuation at this stage?

    It will go back to underwriters for final checks before offer.

    Thanks! At this stage are they likely to start wanting more documents? The underwriter already requested extra documentation before they would instruct the valuation!

    hi,

    how did you get on? have they asked for anything further? im currently waiting for a decision from leeds BS in regards to a mortgage app. i had an aip agreed, have now sent off all documents (payslips/ststements etc) so am just waiting to hear.
    how long did it take to hear back after the inital application went in?

    i am being patient. :-) just curious of the process. its all new to me and i just wondered what other peoples experience has been.

    Much depends on workflow and available staff. So many variables. Ultimately there's only a limited capacity.
