Anyone had experience of OR in Brighton?

Hi everyone back again after a break

My husband went BR on Friday 13th - good day to do it??!!

He had a call from the OR who seemed quite unorganised and has been asked to attend today, when he got to Brighton he found there was no parking available (wasnt told he couldnt park there) anyway didnt have a bean on him so has had to postpone..

Just wondering has anyone else got any experience of the OR in Brighton
