Fee free brokers?!? Any good ones?

Hi all, I'm hoping to remortgage and am looking for a fee free broker to limit what we pay out? Anybody used any and can recommend? Thanks in advance :j

A good illustration of your point Dave is the upcoming regulation of second charges and the extra work involved in considering 3 potential options for re-mortgages for clients raising extra funds.

Can we realistically carry out that work and carry the risk for so £300 that we have to pay PII, and tax?
