Solicitor won't start the searches until the mortgage offer arrives. Searches can take weeks so the sooner they are requested the better.0

Oh I see, the form for the solicitor asks do we want to start the searches now.
We've not had any news since Monday's full application approval.

We have been asked to send in three months bank statements. Not a problem but we bank online.
Does anybody know if the Post Office/BoI accept online statements?
Oh and our valuation/homebuyers is scheduled for the 27th, hopefully that's a good sign.0
