    Look at me updating my own request! :)

    Really like the look of the Nikon D70 after all your kind suggestions and have just seen it in the May discounts at Argos for £629.89...so with the £100 cashback a great £530!

    Passed the info onto my brother in law and will let you know stock, etc if anybody's interested.

    Hi Cortes

    I was prepared to be pig sick at the D70 having come down in price as usually happens just after i've bought something :rolleyes: but it's the 28-80 Lens version at Argos , whereas ours is the 18-70mm and unfortunately you'll only get £50 cashback on that model , not £100. See HERE.

    If you want the 28-80 lens , it's a fiver cheaper at cameras2u.com , but it would only be about £15 (if my maths is correct) more to get the 18-70 lens with the £100 cashback.
