I Want To Buy A Laptop

Preferably £500 or under:

*core 2 duo or core duo ideally,
*1gb+ of ram (although i can add an extra gig if necessary),
*100 gig + hard drive ideally (although for right price, i could cope with a smaller one and use money saved to buy a bigger one and install myself),
*preferably a gfx card that will play games to an ok standard
*DVD drive, doesn't *have* to be dvd-rw
*decent/reliable make,
*decent warranty (or option to buy a decent warranty at not a huge expense - i think acer do them for £50ish for 3 years).

Would like the option to buy now and pay later but pay no interest on the amount if paid before deadline, so we can let our money gain interest in the bank, and then pay off on the last month.

Anybody know of anything on offer/any good deals?

Add £77 and get a Sony, not sure about the games. Sorry to bang on about them.

I know Currys/Dixons/Pc world aren't always the best place to buy from but they do have a £300 off any laptop deal at the mo if you sign up to Orange broadband (and I don't know how rubbish they are, haven't checked out any threads on them!!). Might be worth a little look??
