RESTRICTIONS

1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland), Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

ENTRY

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Internet access required to enter the promotion.
3. To enter the promotion, participants must register as a member on the www.kleenex.co.uk website or log in to their existing member account and answer the multiple choice question provided on the promotion entry page.
4. One entry per www.kleenex.co.uk member only, which must be made using the e-mail address registered to the www.kleenex.co.uk website. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entries submitted by multiple or other invalid e-mail addresses or by any other means are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
5. The promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there is, or the promoter has reasonable grounds to believe there is or has been, a breach of these terms and conditions or entry requirements.

PRIZES

1. 2 prizes are available to be won: both prizes are a 1 night pamper break for you and one friend at one of the following Champneys spa resorts: Henlow, Springs, Forest Mere or Tring of the winner’s choice. Guests should be over the age of 16 and at least one guest must be over the age of 18. More information about the resorts can be found here

   The prize consists of:
   • Arrival 2pm
   • 1 night’s accommodation
   • A choice of two 25 minute treatments from the following list: Massage, Facial, Aromatherapy Wrap, Scalp Massage
   • Use of resort facilities (please note some activities on site, such as certain classes, may incur an additional charge)
   • Nutritious 3-course evening meal, buffet style lunch and healthy buffet breakfast
   • Depart 4pm
   
   The prize does not include travel to any of the locations which must be arranged by the winner, at the winner’s own expense and no other refreshments, activities etc. other than those stated are included. All bookings are subject to availability. The stay may not be taken during a bank or public holiday, Christmas Day or Boxing Day. The prize should be taken within 12 months of the date of issue of the prize.
2. 2 prize winners will be independently selected at random from the database of all correct entries received, and notified by e-mail within two weeks of the closing date.
3. After a 'winner notification' email is sent to the prize winner and the claim for a prize is not received within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
4. Winners will be contacted directly by Champneys to arrange booking. The prize should be taken within 12 months of the date of issue of the prize.
5. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
6. The promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner’s names and counties will be available on www.kleenex.co.uk once all winners have been contacted and accepted their prize for three months after the promotion.

1. Winners will be required to take part in reasonable related publicity with no further recompense.
