Battery charger - any ideas, please?

I'd like to buy a charger which will charge AA, C or D rechargeable batteries and would prefer a fast charge (and yes, I have read the articles about how misuse/overcharging can damage the batteries!).
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Many thanks.:)
