Tesco Overcharging on my Harry Potter Order

Back in April I preordered HP on one of their Deal of the Day, buy HP7 and get HP6 free. Total for the order 22.65 then -11.04 for the free book, total to be taken from CC 11.61
I check my CC bill today to find that the full 22.65 has been charged to my CC. I contact Tesco CS and I get attitude from the CS assistant.
"You need to type in the special code when you order"
"Yes I did that"
"My computer says you didn't" Thanks, you are inferring I am a liar
"I have an email that says I did, should I forward it to you so you can see"
"No- the computer says that no code was entered, you need to enter a code"
I then read out 1/3 of the email with all the totals and subtotals and the final line reading
Total to be taken from your credit card: £11.61 (subject to no further changes to your order)
She finally concedes that I am not trying to pull the wool over her eyes and she says that I can have a refund. I didn't ask her to sacrifice her first born, I wanted MY money back.
Warning to all those who also ordered HP on the Tesco DOTD on 10th April, you may have been overcharged.
