    Me too diddlydoop - but I saw, written in little writing on the left below the Debenhams pic, 'if you did not sign up click here' (or words to that effect!) and that seemed to refresh the app and open an entry form for me - HTH :)

    ETA: oops, nope didn't work - I clicked to enter and then got this message

    I tried to enter when it was posted this morning & it said I'd already entered so I've PMd them to notify them of the problem
