Hi we have had a AIP and have applied for a mortgage,does an AIP usually mean as long as you have been truthfull about salarys and debt outsatanding and the prpoerty meets the valuation requirements its pretty much there??
We are just stressed about waiting for offer as we have paid out legal fees and reservation fee for new property

Depends on the lender, generally yes as long as what matches on the AIP is the same as application and payslips etc
