:money: I have two Isas I am thinking of transferring into a new ISA the two add up to £14.459. Once I transfer them into the new a/c can I only top that up by £541 and no more

No, you still have your full allowance.
Transferred in ISA don't count towards the allowance.
Allways let the new Isa company do the transfers though, don't ever do it your self.
Otherwise whate you have said above will apply.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
