How many people shop at more them one supermarket?

I shop at every supermarket, pound shops plus other discounter shops, following where the bargains are.

Only 2 shops I do not regularly shop at are, Waitrose a bit of an expensive taste for me and it's in a awkward place to get to in my town without a car.

Also very rarely shop in CoOp. Their prices are ridiculous. Even their
offers are more expensive than the other supermarkets.

Plus even thier reduced yellow sticker stuff in my town are more expensive than buying it for full price in other places.:D

Even if it's for the odd food on the go or top-up shop for milk, I'd imagine everyone shops at more than one store. Maybe if you live in a really really small village with only one store then I'd believe otherwise, otherwise I can't see how anyone could stick to one brand let alone just one store.

I follow the bargains, get my tea from Poundstretcher (Typhoo), cereal from ALDI, and check out supermarkets for offers. Never shop in the Coop though as I find them expensive.

Surely the poster should have posted "how many people only use one supermarket"....I would suggest they are in a tiny minority.

I shop mostly at Morrisons and very rarely shop anywhere else. The last 12 fortnightly grocery shopping deliveries (almost 6 months) have been from Morrisons. I do not have a car so find getting the shopping delivered is much cheaper than getting a bus or taxi trip anywhere else to pick it up. I don't like the Tesco online shopping experience (its hard to find things). Sainsburys isn't good for online shopping (not very cheap). Ocado is just a bit too expensive so I need to voucher hunt to get it for a reasonable amount, it's just not worth the time and Asda just doesn't cut it with a lack of variety. If I'm in town I might visit Iceland and get them to deliver the shopping.

I use those already listed, they all have deals & I've got no intentions of missing one. I'd save time, but spend a lot more money if I only shopped at one supermarket.

I don't have the luxury of a car or even a bus stop near my house so I do tend to do at least 90% of my shopping at sainsburys as it's on my doorstep.
I can walk to others, it may take a while but its lugging it back home that's the problem and if I factor in the taxi cost it's not exactly moneysaving either
I think you can save money in a single shop but just have to be savvy in what you buy and have a set price for mind for items that you often buy.
If its not in budget I'll go without or pick a different version
For example it just depends on the offers available as to which type of fruit I buy that particular week, I suppose it helps I'm just shopping for 2 though

I've shopped at three supermarkets just this weekend - where I go depends what I want to buy really.

Everything else comes from either Aldi or Morrisons.

I shop at them all,Lidl, Tesco,Aldi,Heron foods, Home Bargains, Wilkinsons,Sainsburys,M and S and the city market.
I also do a big shop at Asda every 3 months and go to Morrisons now and again.
From my observations Sainburys is going to end up closing if they dont lower the prices. A lot of things are 50p-£1.00 more than everywhere elce.A califlower was £1.80 and they were 35p at the grocers!
I was in Aldi today and it was ram packed and Aldi and Lidl are definatley cheaper without a shadow of a doubt. I've saved round £20.00 per week shopping at these stores.
