can rules be changed at the last minute

I entered the del monte fabfruitfriday and they stated the best 5 would win. Only 3 entered but they only gave prize to 1 person. Can they do this?

did you/ can you get T&Cs if it states they can then yes but if they don't then they can't

I know it's not the point but, I won one previously and they are a very small (about A6, 62 pages) and filled with tinned pineapple recipes.

It's all a matter of how much time you wish to waste chasing this up when your time could be much better spent on other, more important things.
