    Yeah it was taken with a pinch of salt. However the feedback from the broker on the failed purchase was not the type of mortgage but the purchaser didn't meet the requirements

    Broker - pre-presented application to carefully selected lenders - should eb perfectly doable (but certainly not choice of market)
