You definitely can redeem vouchers on non-Amazon sellers products. I've used plenty of vouchers with other companies through Amazon with no problems.0

That's odd, when I bought an item that wasn't Amazon they sent me an e mail saying I couldn't use the vouchers. I've looked back at my e mails and below are portions of e mails they sent me:
"Because orders from third-party sellers are not fulfilled by
Amazon.co.uk, gift certificates cannot be accepted as a payment
method on Marketplace, Auctions and zShops transactions, nor can
any balance available in your Amazon.co.uk account be applied toward
such purchases. However, if your Shopping Basket contains a mix of
third party seller and retail items, then your gift certificate will
be applied to the retail portion of your order."
"Purchases made through third-party Marketplace Sellers, as offered
on our site, are not fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk. Orders on this
platform are strictly between the buyer and a third-party seller.
Amazon.co.uk is not directly involved in these transactions and is
not an auctioneer or agent on behalf of either the seller or buyer.
Marketplace Sellers dispatch goods directly to the customer within
two working days of the order being placed."
Maybe these 'e vouchers' are different - since I received the above in February of this year, I haven't even tried to use my "gift certificate" balance on any purchases other than those "sold by Amazon".
Or are you talking about another kind of voucher? The e vouchers I get for completing surveys have never worked to purchase goods through Amazon being sold by another vendor.Ooh, I've gotta little star! What's that for then?!!0 -
I always thought that Amazon vouchers Could Not be used for purchases from Markplace Sellers0

Thats right. Amazon vouchers can be used on NEW products sold directly through Amazon ONLY. So you can't get things through the marketplace (which are independent sellers), etc.
I emailed Amazon once regarding time limit on vouchers and they do have limits, I seem to remember it was something like 18 months.0 -
Could some lovely person tell me if you can use more than 1 £5 voucher at a time on amazon? And how you bank the code on amazon? TIADecember 2011 Sesky Watch, strimmer, tv, hoover & steam cleaner. March 2012 Straw dogs blueray film.0

This is true, you can redeem vouchers on non-Amazon sellers products however there is a trick to it. Your basket must contain one amazon selling product (then your vouchers will apply to the amazon selling product and any non-Amazon sellers product).0 -

Every time you get an e voucher, go to Amazon (e voucher should have a link to do this), go to Your Account (open one if you don't have one), under Payment Settings click "Apply a Gift Voucher to your Account", put in your password, then type in the claim code that came in your e certificate e mail. Next time you order, the gift certificate balance will automatically be applied to the order - if it's an Amazon product, and there seems to be some dispute about that!
