got the appointment

i fone citizans advice up on tuesday to make an appointment to see some1 about my cc and cats debt. i got 1 on the 29th of aug. the woman told me to ring them and ask to put a hold on and account.
but all 2gether i have. can i take all of these accounts to them and be put on a debt mangement program?
she also said that if hadnt signed an agrement with the cats theymight be able to just right them off. is this right?
ang if i add my hp will i have to give my computer back and will it viod my insurance i got with it?

    With regard to your HP read the paperwork you signed. It goes on how long you have had it for example if you took it over three years it may say that in the last year you don't have to surrender the item.

    These are all individual so reading the contract will give you the answers.

    Catalogues in my experience pass on to a debt collecting agency and they collect the money - I have not been lucky to have any debts written off!

    Yes if you haven't signed a credit agreement but you have to usually sign up to a catalogue did you not do that either? How did you get the catalogue?

    Then you could be successful. But its that moral dilemma you know you ordered items and have used them do you really want to not pay them?

    That is a personal choice to you.
