Hi wonder if anybody can help with this:
We have a RTB from council for our property valued at 120k our purchase price 55.2k which is great, the problem is I'm self employed (7 years ) & partner does not work, my earnings are from a sole trading company & I also receive divis from a ltd I am a 50% shareholder in,
I am looking to raise 49500 the problem seems to be because I'm a sole trader & a director of separate company they don't seem to be accepting the amount shown on the sa302s as my income, income as shown on sa302s broken down as follows:
13/14 sole trader income £15,206
13/14 divis from ltd £3611,
Total £18817
12/13 sole trader income £9723.
13/14 Davis from ltd £3888.
I have a excellent credit record as does partner, can anybody give some advice as to my local FA has said it can't be done.

Your local advisor is likely to be speaking tosh, unless he/she is aware of bits we are not.
Have a chat with another broker as I suspect this can be done and on favourable terms.
