2 year fix ends May, moving abroad for 3 years

My flat is currently worth about 150K, and I owe 121K. I have only owned it for just under 2 years, and my FTB mortgage 2 year fix is up in May.
I am with Britannia
I am considering a move to Australia for a 3 year fixed term contract, which pays enough that I could keep paying the mortgage on my flat without needing to let it out.
However it would be advantageous to have someone living in it?
What are my options for remortgaging in May? Or if I move abroad would I have to sell? (prefer not to).
Thanks
