Terms and Conditions.
1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain & Northern Ireland (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales), the Isle of Man and Channel Islands only, excluding employees of BMW Group UK, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion and/or with England Rugby/RFU. Only one entry per person, no bulk or third-party entries.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. The promotion starts and entries can be made as follows:
........i. Match 1: England v New Zealand, 8 November 2014 (kick-off 02:30 PM) - 0:01am on 15 October 2014. The closing date for Online Registration Entries is 9:59pm on 6 November 2014
.......ii. Match 2: England v South Africa, 15 November 2014 (kick-off 02:30 PM) - 0:01am on 15 October 2014. The closing date for Online Registration Entries is 9:59pm on 13 November 2014
......iii. Match 3: England v Samoa, 22 November 2014 (kick-off 07:00 PM) - 0:01am on 15 October 2014. The closing date for Online Registration Entries is 9:59pm on 20 November 2014
......iv. Match 4: England v Australia, 29 November 2014 (kick-off 02:30 PM) - 0:01am on 15 October 2014. The closing date for Online Registration Entries is 9:59pm on 27 November 2014
4. Seven winners will be selected for each match date set out in section 3 at random from the Online Registration Form entries received for each match:
......a. Each competition winner will receive a pair of tickets, a chauffeur driven BMW Sweet Chariot to and from Twickenham, and entry to the BMW Lounge in the West Fan Village at Twickenham.
......b. To be eligible participants will need to have entered the competition by the dates detailed under section 3.
......c. The winning entries from the Online Registration Form at https://www.englandrugby.com/bmwsweetchariots will be selected at random on the day following the close of the competition from all approved entries for that match.
......d. Winners will be contacted by 11am on Friday before the match (the day prior to match day).
......e. The winner will have until 3pm the same day in which to confirm acceptance of the prize. After this period of time the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed for the match prize.
5. Entries can be submitted via the Sweet Chariot online registration form on https://www.englandrugby.com/bmwsweetchariots.
6. Entrants must have access to the internet and own an active email account. Entrants without an email account will need to create one in order to participate via this entry mechanic.
7. To enter, entrants must complete the fields of the Sweet Chariot data entry form on the campaign website https://www.englandrugby.com/bmwsweetchariots.
8. Winners will be asked to confirm their postcode details. The chauffeured lift to and from Twickenham Stadium (or nearby location as confirmed by BMW on the day) must be within a 60 mile radius.
9. The distance to/from Twickenham Stadium to the winner's destination will be calculated using Google Maps, if the journey will be further than 60 miles it will be up to the discretion of BMW if they will allow the winner to travel the entire distance in the chauffeured vehicle or alternatively the winner can be dropped at another location (e.g. a train or bus station) of their choice en route to their final destination. Only one destination can be selected for all passengers per car.
10. Winners will be picked up in a chauffeur driven Sweet Chariot from their confirmed post code no later than 2 hours before kick-off.
11. Winners will be able to depart the Twickenham Stadium area in their vehicle from at least one hour after the final whistle of the match (the exact time will depend on when the police re-open the roads around Twickenham after the match). The winners will be able to depart the
Twickenham Stadium area in the chauffeured BMW vehicle no later than two and a half hours after the final whistle.
12. Winners will need to claim their prize within three hours of the kick-off time on the specific match day (set out in section 3).
13. Accommodation is not included and BMW accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any Prize which are not specifically included in the Prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, and insurance and travel expenses in connection with the Prize.
14. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling their Prizes to any other person.
15. The entrant hereby grants BMW (UK) Ltd. a worldwide, royalty free perpetual licence to use the image or any aspect of the image or their entry in any way or for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to publicity and promotional purposes).
16. BMW does not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.
17. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
18. The winner’s names can be found by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to BMW Team, Synergy, 60 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7RT after Monday 1st December 2014. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
19. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
22. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winners or any individual chosen to participate with the winner in the prize as a result of their participation in the promotion.
24. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the promoter or its agents or contractors to administer the promotion.
25. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.

Hope it's okay to add that there's really three separate EDs (ie for each of the three matches), and they're all in November (not September):
