    Hello

I would like to join in too please. I stopped smoking last year and despite the late great Alan Carr's instance I wouldn't put on weight, did. Lots. I have approx 5 stone to lose, (not all of it post not smoking mind you!) so £5/lb it is for me at 2lb per week. When I stopped smoking I was rewarded with £5 per day for a couple of months and it definitely helps my motivation. Motivated by money, who'd of thought?!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
I would like to join too!

I have been dieting for the wedding and so far lost 14lbs but have got lazy this week and suspect I haven't lost anything this week:o .

I need to lose 21lbs ideally. I will pay £5 per lb which totals £105

Need to lose it else I won't get into my wedding dress! . Could be expensive if I fail so I need all the motivation and encouragement I can get!

I also measured myself as this helps keep you motivated. I haven't remeasured since the initial measuring session, but can suddenly get into more of my summer clothes which is great!
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
