Happy to waste it!

Having been on a diet I haven't had any fried food for over a year. Looking in the cupboard yesterday I noticed I still had some cooking oil in the back. Wondering what to do with it I noticed it was out of date by 6 months, so I ditched it.
Giving how healthy I am now and how much weight I've lost, I can tell you I was very happy to have wasted it.
Anybody else ever been happy to waste something?
Regards
