MyHermes delivered in error

i got home yesterday to a ticket from myHermes telling me that my parcel had been left in my shed. Odd, as I didn't remember ordering anything.
Anyway, turns out it was two Next parcels for someone else. The address on the parcels was correct (but not me), as was the name. I had a look n the internet to see where it was and it would be about 30 minutes walk - if it had been closer I'd have just dropped it round.
Irritatingly myHermes don't seem to have a phone number to contact anyone, and the website didn't recognise the parcel barcode. I've left an email with them, but I don't know if I should try to do something more - they haven't got backt o me yet.
Should I tell Next customer support? Or just wait on myHermes getting back in touch?

I would phone next and they can check the name etc to see who it's meant for and they could contact Hermes
they are a horrible company to deal with. nice to see there are nice honest people around stillhave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
iv had a different problem with hermes, courier not turning up to collect my parcels, and iv been using live chat may not be a help to you but very easy to use i asked if they had a phone number and she gave me it however i havent tried it and it may be an expensive premium line. 03303336556 it took me forever to find the contact us section on website i think it was on help section under one of the frequently asked questions.iv done 3 things right in my life and their all perfect
