IVA question and income

Can I just ask, if you are on an IVA and they have taken into account your income, do they also take into account any overtime you do or if you start receiving child maintenance payments (or these increase greatly)?
Are you expected to report these things to your IP? What happens if you don't?

Don't know about the child maintenance but certainly the overtime. There should be a clause in the IVA saying how much you need to pay into the IVA0
