Another SERPS question about contracted out FS pension

Can anyone outline what I ought to expect from the state pension or how to find out for the situation outlined below?
A number of years ago I was contracted out within a final salary scheme and then changed employers. I got a rebate of my contributions to help with a house deposit [but have been contracted out for the rest of my working life in FS schemes so feel quite lucky compared to some].
I now get a small pension from that ex-employer and will shortly become a state pensioner (early 2016 being then 65) so I think I will just miss out on the new flat rate.
Will the period for which I had a refund count towards my state pension or how can I find out?

Your new State Pension, when calculated under the new rules, would have a significant Rebate Derived Amount and under the old rules would be a little over the basic amount of, currently £113.
When you had the refund of contributions you should have been bought back into the state scheme but the benefit of that would be very small.0 -
Thanks both statement now received and yes, I have a little over basic...almost enough to buy fish 'n' chips every week.
With the benefit of hindsight I was better getting the rebate of contributions! Wouldn't have thought so at the time but the money was needed, so a winner(ish) all round.0
