Can't see a thread for this week so hope no one minds me starting one.

Monday meatballs and pasta,
Tuesday mushroom and spinach crepes,
Wednesday bacon and mushroom pasta,
Thursday ratatouille
Friday pork fajitas,

Lunches bagels with houmous/smoked salmon and pasta salad. Will make lentil soup too as a starter. LO sick so at home today so making lentil soup with onion, carrot and celery to be healthy followed by bagels with salad and houmous. DH unfortunately has eaten my eggs so no crepes tonight. Going to make a couple of changes and get some mince to make Bolognese as my parents visiting on Thursday. Ratatouille is made and in the freezer so can be defrosted next week.

Didn't stick to mine last week (though I didn't go out for more food, just used same ingredients) - determined this week!

Oooh, I spy with my little eye something beginning with "Ideas to steal" :rotfl:

MandM90 - Have you had the Peach and Chickpea curry before? If so, is it really sweet?

Love these threads and once I've had a read and a think, I'll be posting myself. I've had very little success with sticking to my own plans at the moment.

My plan for this week -
M - Turkey, mushroom and courgette risotto
T - Cheese and tomato pasta bake
    W - LO pasta bake
T - Turkey fried rice with curry sauce
F - Out or spinach and ricotta tortellini
S - Baked potatoes with tuna or baked beans

I have to go out a few days this week so have bought some rice crackers and cereal bars to take for lunches. There's soup or bagels for DH.
I have everything in for this week, so will try to avoid the supermarket!
  • Cheapest week of the month here...just because hubby's working until late 3 nights of the week so he's taking double pack-up & we're having tasty but very cheap bits & pieces to empty the fridge.

M - leftover pasta & meatballs from Saturday with garlic toast.
T - hm pizza with "fridge" on top. ;)
    W - Sausages, mash & veg.
Th - Ham, egg, chips, mushrooms, plum toms & toast.
    Fri - "Fridge" omelettes.
Sat - Chicken curry from freezer with rice/naans.
Sun - Roast gammon...w/spuds, gravy, veg, yorkies & stuffing...leftover gammon will get us to Wednesday or Thursday of the next week too. :-)

    Enjoy everyone!
