    PS I lived in CPH for a while, and still visit once or twice yearly - indeed, I am racing Ironman there in august :D
    Baby Step 1 - £1k Emergency Fund - COMPLETE
    Baby Step 2 - Pay off all debts except the Mortgage - £9,326 to go
    Baby Step 3 - Save 6 months of expenses into full Emergency Fund - £4,300 to go

    Baby Step 4 - Put 15% into Pension
    Baby Step 6 - Pay off the Mortgage early
    Baby Step 7 - Live like no-one else :D

    Firstly, congratulations on your loan repayment! That's great news! And secondly. congratulations on the amazing efforts you have been putting into your finances! Divorce is always and expensive business, but my husband said the same as you when he divorced his ex-wife - his finances had never been better, despite the maintenance payments! :)

    Well done on your loan repayment! You have clearly worked very hard to do this. I'm sure it won't be long before you make headway into your mortgage too. I've been making regular overpayments payments on my mortgage too, it's a great feeling. Keep up the great work.
