Wedding in 2016

Hi all,

I have a few queries to make and ask for your assistance.

I am trying to find a stately home, outdoor ceremony to host my wedding in the West Midlands area but I cannot find anything in my budget.

I would like to keep the cost down to £8-9000.
The date would be 27th August 2016 for about 150 people daytime and 500 evening.


Any help would be much appreciated.:)

If you go to a website such as hitched or confetti, you can search pretty much every venue in your area by capacity. That's how we found our venue. I don't live in the West Midlands so can't give you specific recommendations unfortunately but best of luck!

I think the problem you have is 2 fold!

1 trying to find a venue large enough to hold 500 eveing guests,
2 trying to find a venue thats going to offer any sort of event for £10 a head.

Stately home for those sort of figures is just wild fantasy, in my opinion. Its the catering thats going to kill off this dream, unless you can findsome where that will let you do your own. (which for a stately home or any where marketing ifself for weddings is probably not going to happen)

Maybe you need to think outside the box, farms with land, woods etc. And I am not sure of the details but I think you need a permenant structure in order to get married outside.
