I called them yesterday and will most likely commence the IVA process as seemed very good so far (although not that I have a great deal of experience!). Anyone had any experience of them?

Yeah seem to be. They specialise in debt problems for women and the girls on the 0800 number were nice enough. I found them from an advert then their website www.debtprincess.com0

They claim they can offer you a no cost IVA, that is not possible there will always be a fee to pay. I really would urge you to get a second opinion they look too good to be true. CABx and National Debt Line are also useful for impartial adviceMoved to Denmark for FIRE by Aug 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”

Please please talk to Payplan, CCCS or CAB before you go ahead with this company.
All of these should be able to either put you in touch with a recommended IP or advise you on how to find a company that will not rip you off on the fees and terms of an arrangement.
In particular, see payplan here:

Holy Cow Batman, what a pink website!
I think that you need to realise that that website (deptprincess) is there for one reason, to make them money, they are not doing it because they are nice and want to help you, they want to make money!.....0 -
Yes they will get a big fat fee for the referral too. I cannot believe that site either Phillipa please do not touch them.Moved to Denmark for FIRE by Aug 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”

Are you sure that an IVA is the only choice for you?
How about putting up a statement of affairs (SOA) on here (see southernscousers sticky at the top of the forum for the layout), and see if we can help you cut your expenditure. You will need to fill one of these in anyway whichever company ends up helping you, so this would be a good trial run.
I agree with everyone else, speak to CCCS, Payplan, National Debtline (any one of these, they are free), or else go to one of the web sites and fill in their online form. You will get free advice that way too.

You should absolutly speak with either CCCS, Payplan or National Debtline. The reality is that most other companies offering help of this sort are out to make money, the three listing above are not. Whilst I know nothing of them I suspect the likelyhood is that there are fees built in to whatever solution they are offering you. The other likelyhood is that you won't realise it until you've already signed on the dotted line.
Take the advice from those on here. Post a SOA (statement of affairs) and let the folk on here give you some good advice. Then, if you need to, call one of the providors listed in this an other replies.
