Terms and Conditions:
Open to UK, CI, IoM, and ROI residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and any other person directly connected with this promotion.
To enter, follow @RakutenUK and retweet the relevant tweet between 09.01am on 07/11/2014 and 11.59pm on 9/11/2014. Entries received after this date or received by any other means (eg in the post) will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person. Entries via agents/third parties or by using multiple email addresses or Twitter accounts are not permitted.
The prize is a Kobo Arc 10 HD.
The prize winner will be the first name selected at random from 10/11/2014 from all valid entries.
The prize winner will be notified via twitter within 24 hours of the draw. If the prize winner does not respond to this notification within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner at random from all remaining valid entries, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner.
The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
The winner's details (name and county only) will be made available for 4 weeks only by writing to the Rakuten UK twitter page (https://www.twitter.com/rakutenuk) for a period of 4 weeks after 10/11/14.
