  • Did a big shop at FarmFoods today, rather than Tesco. They sell an awful lot of crap (sweets, crisps, cakes, etc.) but avoiding these managed to fill the cupboards and freezer for £50. Have some great things for meals and soups and some quick and easy things for the kids when we are not in. I thoroughly recommend the eggs, bread and bovril stock cubes (29p for 18 and a good bbe date).

Christmas shopping has begun. We are trying to do it all for £1200. Christmas means a lot to my partner and it will be our first as grandparents. My partner wants Uggs and make-up and each daughter works at the right store so will get these at 40% off. Son wanted money towards a car so he has already had this. I love bargain hunting so trying to hold out for Black Friday in a couple of weeks - eldest daughter wants a new TV.

Our favourite wine (BArefoot Pink Moscato) was on offer at Tesco and if we bought 4 bottles got 25% off so got 8 bottles for £30. Will probably use some as Christmas gifts.

Trip to Card Factory tomorrow for cheap Xmas cards and wrapping, and then a nice date evening seeing InterStellar at the cinema and seeing the Xmas lights in town. Feels like Mulled Wine season :-)
    Debts (11/11/2015):

    Credit Cards (0%) £5640
    O/D £460
    Sofa £275
Monthly Spends: Food £71.87 Extras £27.65
