CTW registering question

Sorry if it's obvious but on CTW when entering I get msg "conratulations you've been entered..." etc but I notice some have register/login buttons, should I register before I enter or is the "congrats" msg enough? Thanks for the help.

They only need your email, and you enter that before you enter.0
