Help with Christmas fair ideas

Hi all. My friend and I have just been offered a stall at our schools christmas fair at the end of the month
Neither of us are particularly crafty although I enjoy trying
Does anyone have ideas of what we could make/sell on our stall that's not going to cost too much outlay but will make us a little extra spends for Xmas
So far we've thought of snowman soup and sweet cones as both simple but effective. Any ideas welcome
Thanks

Thought the idea was to make money for the school!0

Pots of Gold are always popular and easy to do0

I've mentioned it on the craft board before; someone I know did a lucky dip and wrapped up 2 pence pieces but in one was also a £5 note. She made £75. I'd maybe wrap some sweets up too to make it more worth it for the kids but she charged 50p a go.0

The school charges a set fee for the stall and we also donate a raffle prize so they are still making something
Thanks we considered pots of gold going to keep an eye out for cheap pots
Really like the lucky dip idea it sounds great thanks0 -
We are running a secondary school Xmas fair in 1 month, so I will be following this for ideas!
Some ideas we have had are;
Personalised baubles with a sharpie go down well.
I was thinking of making up mini gingerbread house kits. but don't know how I'll find the time for that now.
dried fruit and spice in a little bag for a Christmas smell (either simmered on the hob or sat in a bowl.
Father christmas' door key and note
Reindeer food
Foil wrapped chocolate for a silver stall
Decorating/ icing cakes or biccies
adopt an animal is fab takes a bit of work beforehand but virtually pure profit. Basically get donations of good quality used soft toys, if they are a bit grubby stick them through washing machine and tumble dry them (they go really fluffy!) put a name tag round their necks with a brightly coloured ribbon and put all the names in a hat. charge a £1 a go the kids pull out a name and then win the coresponing animal. I also take the animals photos and produce a mini adoption certificate for each animal as well with their name, birthday, likes & dislikes. The kids go mad for them sells out within first hour
Hope you find something to do.0
