Good to hear from you. What sad news about the SW lady, how awful such a freak accident, it’s frightening how easily something like this can happen. Glad Rowan is settling in so well. I remember when Ziggi was a puppy and got up to all sorts but it is short lived thankfully.
Maybe you should just stop with the return gifts to your sister, it could get out of hand 🤣

Sorry to hear about your SW friend
Rowan sounds as though he has settled in well and he must be a lovely distraction from everything.
LOvely of your sister to send a choccy hamper for the boys, could the boys make her some vouchers to be redeemed after the lockdown, things like mowing the lawn, painting the fence, cleaning the car etc, then it would come from the boys and not you.

Almost 2 years after they made a bid for our story, Take A Break mag are going to run a feature on us next month!! Must be a slow news time
. I should know by the end of the week which date it will be in. They are paying £250 which will be very helpful. Xx

hooray and in awe of your weight loss.... In such challenging times . I’m back to SW tomorrow.... So sad about your SW Friend it teaches us doesn’t it how time is precious and despite being in lockdown we must savour every moment we can… Even when your boys are being a pain!

Evening all! Thanks for the lovely messages.
The magazine will be out on 18th June. It’s been written in 1st person, as if I’ve written it, and DH and I are happy with it. Bit scary putting ourselves ‘out there’ again, but hopefully it’s a good thing. MiL asked us what we were planning on spending our fee on, I said fence paint. She said, do something better than that, I’ll buy you some fence paint
