Will you have to pay a fine for taking the boys out of school?
We have to down here in the south. £60 per week, per parent (So that would be £240 for two children for one week)
So happy for you that it's all booked and sorted now.

The fines are supposed to happen up here too S-G, but I’m yet to see them enforced. I think as long as your child usually has good attendance otherwise it’s generally ok. To be fair though, even if we do have to pay a fine, it would still be a very cheap way to go to Florida!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Yes - definitely. Hopefully they won't enforce it. I think even if people do budget the costs of taking kids out of school, it's still heaps cheaper than going in the holidays..............:T0 -

Woke up to thick snow this morning. Alas the schools were both still open and our normal 20 minute rush hour journey to DS1’s school took an hour
. They’ve both had a good day playing in it though!
Today has been a NSD :j. Much needed. I’ve just stayed in apart from school runs, and DH went to the gym with a friend. He’s been irritating me again so I was glad of the break
DS2’s birthday tomorrow! 8 whole years oldXx
