Hello Lucky, just catching up after a few hectic days being AWOL. Sorry to hear DS1 has been playing you up. I could fill a thread with stuff my two got up to when they were younger. I wouldn't go through it again for anything. Just grin and bear it, he'll get over it and normal service will be resumed when the hormones settle down. Take care xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Thank you both :A
Yesterday was a NSD, today not so much
. Took the boys trampolining and they had pizza for lunch. Also bought more fresh veg and splashed out £5 on a lip gloss
. I'm feeling very down and frumpy again, so I've decided it's about time I did something about it. A pair of my jeans I've listed on ebay have bids up to £10 (finishing in an hour), so I'm spending that back on myself
.
Tomorrow DH is at the orthodontist, hopefully to have the braces taken off
. Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

You deserve to spend the money from the ebay sales on you.
Do not feel bad

Cheers everyone :A. Feel slightly less guilty now!
Another NSD! I posted the jeans I sold on eBay, but buyer paid the postage so I'm not counting that!
Traipsed all the way to orthodontist (30 mins by car), to be told appointment is tomorrow not today . Really don't know what's gone wrong there, as I put it straight into my diary when it was made - 31st July @ 10am. Apparently it's 1st August @ 10.30am. Not an easy mix up!! Anyway, an hour wasted and have to do it all again tomorrow .
Took the dog for a good walk and saw them filming Vera not far from where I live
. Apart from that, we've just been pottering and I've been entering lots of competitions that finish today. Fingers crossed!
Hope everyone is well XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I'm new and not sure if I'm posting this in the correct place!
My partner has a overdraft with Halifax that sits at £2500dr. It has been like this for several years. He gets paid weekly and transfers his wages straight to his savings account. He's getting nowhere in reducing the overdraft because he is charged £90 per month for the privilege. He reckons Haifax won't help him set up a repayment plan but I'm not convinced. Please can anyone give the best advice on how to get out of this 'catch 22' situation. Thank you 😊0 -
Anwill, this is PLMBL's personal diary
May I kindly suggest you start your own thread rather than try to get replies here which is PLMBL's space for her updates
When you start a new thread I'd suggest you add a SOA as it will be the first thing people ask for as they can not advise without having some idea of the figures going in and out & as it relates to debts/reducing an overdraft I'd suggest you start in the debt free forum.- Mortgage: 1st one down, 2nd also busted
