Hello Lucky. So nice to see you back here and seeming positive. It sounds like the Hen party was great!! Haven't been to one in years. In fact the only one I've ever been to was my own!! Great fun but a very long time ago........ over 25 years.... blimey!
Love a good cocktail as well but generally keep away from them... in my experience they slip down too easily!
Hope everyone at Lucky Grange is well and happy and the stressful things have gone away. With family, friends and pets (or any combination of them) life will be fine!

So glad to read you are debt free
It is funny, I remember being really down a few days after I paid off my debts, Part of it was I think that drive I had to do it and to keep going and paying the money, and suddenly I was out of that.
Odd feeling. Plus for me it didn't change much, if I wanted to save I would be just as skint and whilst I did come round the first sort of month or so was a bit oh. Ok then. hmmm.

Thanks HJ. I hardly slept Saturday night so that wouldn't have helped, but it was mainly DH stressing me out. I was just down in the dumps.Buffythedebtslayer wrote: »So glad to read you are debt free

Thanks Buffy. Must admit it had crossed my mind that I might be experiencing some kind of odd anticlimax. I'm also depressed that I haven't done as well as I'd hoped weight wise ahead of my sister's weddingI'm going to spoil the wedding photos.

If it is any consolation I am also really struggling on the weight loss front.
Feel fat & frumpy & down in the dumps.

I don't know Beanie! Why when we feel fat and frumpy does chocolate seem like the thing that will fix the problem, when it actually makes it all worse?!?! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

The strange thing is when I got to goal weight at WW many years ago and became debt free for the second time last year, after the initial euphoria wore off it was a bit of an anti climax. Having a goal keeps you going. You need to set yourself a new goal.
And you won't ruin the wedding photos, don't think like that.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
bonkers to think you could ruin any photos. You would NEVER say that to us. don't be so mean to yourself you are a marvellous bloody woman XXNevertheless she persisted.0

Lucky I am sorry about the hen do.
I am sure you will look lovely - you would never ruin the photos!
I do understand re weight. As the only girl with all these boys I always feel fat and frumpy. You will have a fantastic day and be there for you sister and sure the photos will be lovely xx

Thank you all for being so kind. Buffy, you are right I would never say that to/about anyone else but it's honestly how I feel (not looking for sympathy). DS2 has been making me sad recently by being ultra hard on himself, saying nothing he does is good enough. He is my carbon copy and I don't know how to fix it for him
. He is an amazing, caring little boy and I don't want him to feel the way I always do.
So, pity session over. I've had an [STRIKE]awful[/STRIKE] wonderful 3 hours at the walk-in centre with DS1 today. He's hurt his ankle but thankfully it's soft tissue damage and not broken!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
