Billybear - Awaiting the quotes in the next few days. Thrugelmir - I've spoken to the roofer who gave them the 'patch it up' quote and he told them (and then me) it was a waste of money as the whole roof needed doing.0

They will 'patch up' the roof and then sell it. If not to you then someone else.
