DFW Nerd 297 Here!
Well,I post daily now and hopefully some of the regulars have started to recognise me. Even though I joined the site in 2004 I only really got involved properly in August 2006 when the preverbial hit the fan!
All you Nerds who lurk on here and get inspiration dont be afraid! Try and get involved and post. I have made more headway actually posting my thoughts and problems than in the years I was just lurking.

I seem to recall that Kevicho beat you to it and reserved 666 (if we ever get there) ages ago. It used to be next to his temporary nerd number in the list but seems to have gone now.
One of the oldies, please tell me I haven't imagined that?! I think I'm going mad.....Debt Free Nerd No. 89, LBM: April 2006, Debt at highest (Sept 05): £40,939.96

Tried going cold turkey last week (no MSE) it was the worst minute of my life! I think I'll hover as a sort of nerd as (thankfully) I got myself out of debt some time ago but I wish I had discovered this site sooner as I would have been debt free more quickly.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0

545 present and correct.
people keep talking about this concept of life without MSE, hmmmm.
Life before MSE = increasing debt
life with MSE = reducing debt
life AFTER MSE? Nope, I don't think it exists, I'm scared that it would be the start of a new cycle leading to life before MSE and I'd end up with such a debt that i'd be really demoralised. No, it's MSE all the way for me!!!
