Rates were expected to rise early next year, but economists think this will be pushed back due to recent poor news.
The Bank of England has said it wants to be sure growth is on a firmer footing, and that slack in the labour market is reducing, before it raises interest rates.

Was worried I might miss the window to get a low rate mortgage while saving up a deposit, but things are looking better for being on the last chopper out of renter-ville.
If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.

It's just that if you think BTL is a vile business run by immoral parasites it's kind of easy to avoid buying one. Buying a BTL is somewhat avoidable.
