Transfer Australian pension to UK

My mom is an Australian citizen and receives an australian government pension. She is moving back to the UK (still a UK citizen and also has a UK pension) and I wanted to know if anyone had any advise as to whether she can transport her Australian pension to the UK, and if so, how?

For absolute clarity, are you saying she has dual citizenship?

From that it appears that you need to have been in residence in Australia for 35 years to retain the full pension, after being away 26 weeks. Otherwise you get x/35ths of a pension, x being the number of resident years.

There is no social security agreement between Australia and the UK these days to help.

This presumes that it is the age pension you are talking about and not some other government pension.
