Not received prize

Hiya,

I have not received a prize which i won in September on Facebook, and am not getting any joy from contacting them as they seem to be ignoring me.

Is there an official body, with regulations (timeframes etc) for this kind of thing so i can draft out a good email to the company?

Thank you :)

Most things about providing a prize are guidelines rather than regulations, the CAP code gives those (within 30 days unless otherwise stated for prize delivery) - complaints can be made to the ASA - have you posted on the company page to chase them, sometime a public nudge helps.

  • Thank you mjm,

I sent them a well worded email and low and behold it is being shipped today.

    Fingers crossed :D
