Why haven't you marketed your existing property?
  • Hi Thrugelmur

We visited the 'site' to enquire about future development being aware that all smaller houses had been sold. However earlier that day a house had become free due to buyers backing out. Its got a lot going for it so we didn't want to lose the opportunity.

I was originally going to rent out my existing home but I have decided against doing that. Also that I have a large amount of capital just sitting in the bank.

It would appear...and I'm hopeful, that I'll get a residential mortgage based upon the fact that my current house is for sale. (It should be on the market now but my mother-in-law died and husband is away dealing with that, it's just circumstances thats all).

    :-)
